Elisah assists entrepreneurs in disputes regarding commercial contracts, commercial practices and consumer protection.

With her exceptional experience in disputes, she is also able to give entrepreneurs proactive assistance in drafting carefully considered contracts and safeguarding their interests as much as possible.

As intellectual property rights and data protection play an important role in commercial contracts and in the growth and competitiveness of a company, Elisah has also acquired expertise in these areas. She obtained an advanced master’s degree in intellectual rights at KUL in 2015 and took a data protection officer programme at the Data Protection Institute in 2019. With this additional know-how, Elisah is able to provide clients with comprehensive advice and assistance with commercial contracts and disputes.
